Very clean and comfortable great location in the heart of
Funchal with a parking garage only a 5 minute leisurely walk from
the apartment.

Eine sehr schöne und neu renovierte Wohnung mit Balkon unter
einer Baumallee, zentral und schön gelegen . bei einem Aufenthalt
von einer Woche wird auch kein Auto benötigt (gibt auch keine
Parkplätze) Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche mit Karneval und der
Altstadt mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Parks erleben

It was a very nice apartment and true to its picture. The only
minor thing to point out would be the car parking. We Parked our
rented car downstairs for 4 nights and the last day we found the
care wheel were blocked by the police and had to pay quite a bit
fine. It is not allowed to park there at all due to the parking
restricted only to government members. The apartment was still more
than worthy due to the location.

The location was ideal,
very central so most things were accessible on foot. The apartment
block was extremely clean and modern as was the apartment itself.
We enjoyed our three week stay and would use ArtDeco for future
visits.
We are a couple of
octogenarians and so did not venture out everyday so a comfortable
armchair would have been a bonus. A clothes hook on the back of the
bathroom door would have been useful and although the cleaners came
twice during our visit, as we had our balcony door open most of the
time and leaves and dust settled on the floor, a sweeping brush
would have been appreciated to keep it clean. There wasn't anything
we didn't like but a couple of larger coffee cups would have been a
bonus and perhaps rectangular pillows on the bed.
