Description

This newly refurbished Art Deco building is located in the heart of Funchal town centre, very close to the main square and the Cathedral and the many pedestrianised areas with their many cafés and restaurants. Attractions, monuments, museums and other facilities, as well as the marina, sea-front promenade, public gardens, and the La View shopping centre are all within easy walking distance. Furnished in a contemporary décor, these studio apartments feature a king size double bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. A front balcony with outdoor furniture overlooks the street, perfect for enjoying a drink in those lovely evenings. This apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of 150€ is required, payable by credit card before arrival.
The minimum stay is 03 nights.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent 7 days before your arrival.

    Very good location. Located directly in the city center. You are in 15 minutes walking distance to the harbor. Many great restaurants nearby. Surrounded by shops, cafes & massage studio. Small but well-functioning elevator available. Bright, modern apartment with a nice balcony. I felt comfortable. :)
    Personally, I missed a full length mirror in the apartment. And the TV could have been a bit bigger. Intermittent cleaning only for stays of more than 8 days. It's a very long time period.

    Thank you for your kind words about our property!
    An affordable lodging, the place was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was close to shops and restaurant. We had a rental car and used the parkinghouse at the Arcadas São Francisco shopping centre. That was the one closest to the apartment. You can also park outside the apartment to drop off the luggage, but not to be used for parking for a long time (as we perceived it). Howewer, it's worth noting that the matress was exceptionally hard and not very comfortable.

    Schöne saubere kleine Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von Funchal. Wenige Gehminuten zur Promenade, dem Hafen etc. Türcode beim Check-In hat leider nicht funktioniert aber die Besitzer waren direkt erreichbar und haben den Zutritt zur Wohnung über einen Ersatzschlüssel ermöglicht. Reibungsloser Ablauf. Klimaanlage ist in der Wohnung enthalten. Apartment wurde zwischenzeitig gereinigt und mit neuen Handtüchern bestückt. Schöner Aufenthalt und zu empfehlen.

    Great location in Funchal, close to good restaurants, the cable car, and the waterfront. The apartment was a little small but had everything we needed. Drinking coffee on the spacious patio each morning was lovely. More than anything the hosts were easy to communicate with and very helpful. We had the make some last minute changes and they were very flexible!
