This newly refurbished Art Deco building is located in the heart of Funchal town centre, very close to the main square and the Cathedral and the many pedestrianised areas with their many cafés and restaurants.
Attractions, monuments, museums and other facilities, as well as the marina, sea-front promenade, public gardens, and the La View shopping centre are all within easy walking distance.

Superb location, close to everything. Smaller room with a nice
balcony with good views of the city. Very clean and tidy,
everything worked. There are several apartments in the building but
the other people were quiet and friendly. We parked at the
Almirante Reis Car Park which was easy to get in and out of about a
12 minute walk from the apartment. Access to the CR7 lots was
closed, and the Francisco lot has silly hours. The lift broke a
couple of times but they were quick to fix it after I reported it.
Only 2 spare outlets for plugging in your stuff, but not a big
deal. Hot water runs out before end of second shower, so don't
dawdle.���� We would definitely stay there again.

We had a really lovely stay at this apartment. Everything was
as described and it was very easy to get in contact with the host.
Great location and a really nice room and balcony. We would

Our stay at the apartment 3C was very pleasant. We can only
speak positively - tidy and cozy apartment, very clean and the
location is basically unbeatable. The city centre (with the lovely
Christmas market) is not even 5 minutes away. The self-check-in is
very easy and we were also able to arrive a bit earlier!

Very good location.
Located directly in the city center. You are in 15 minutes walking
distance to the harbor. Many great restaurants nearby. Surrounded
by shops, cafes & massage studio. Small but well-functioning
elevator available. Bright, modern apartment with a nice balcony. I
felt comfortable. :)
Personally, I missed a
full length mirror in the apartment. And the TV could have been a
bit bigger. Intermittent cleaning only for stays of more than 8
days. It's a very long time period.

An affordable lodging, the place was clean and well equipped
with everything we needed. It was close to shops and restaurant. We
had a rental car and used the parkinghouse at the Arcadas São
Francisco shopping centre. That was the one closest to the
apartment. You can also park outside the apartment to drop off the
luggage, but not to be used for parking for a long time (as we
perceived it). Howewer, it's worth noting that the matress was
exceptionally hard and not very comfortable.

Schöne saubere kleine Wohnung direkt im Zentrum von Funchal.
Wenige Gehminuten zur Promenade, dem Hafen etc. Türcode beim
Check-In hat leider nicht funktioniert aber die Besitzer waren
direkt erreichbar und haben den Zutritt zur Wohnung über einen
Ersatzschlüssel ermöglicht. Reibungsloser Ablauf. Klimaanlage ist
in der Wohnung enthalten. Apartment wurde zwischenzeitig gereinigt
und mit neuen Handtüchern bestückt. Schöner Aufenthalt und zu
empfehlen.

Great location in Funchal, close to good restaurants, the
cable car, and the waterfront. The apartment was a little small but
had everything we needed. Drinking coffee on the spacious patio
each morning was lovely. More than anything the hosts were easy to
communicate with and very helpful. We had the make some last minute
changes and they were very flexible!
