Overlooking the surrounding countryside, the village of Arco da Calheta and the ocean, the lovely Villa Dilis provides everything you may want for a great family holiday or should you be seeking a tranquil area to relax and contemplate the beautiful surroundings.
Set over one floor, the air-conditioned living space is open-plan and features a wood burner and large comfortable corner sofa, a dining table for six and a fully equipped contemporary kitchen with a door leading to the covered barbecue area. Patio doors open up to the south-facing solarium where you will find the good-sized swimming pool (with optional heating) and a small garden for the sun-beds; the built-in barbecue and outdoor dining table lie under a covered area next to the swimming pool. Don't forget to enjoy a relaxing drink on the roof-top terrace from where you can enjoy wonderful views over the valley and sea.
An air-conditioned distribution hall opens to the three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and the family shower room. A laundry with washing machine and dryer completes the gorund floor. On the lower floor there is a large two-car garage and the thrid shower room.
There are many walks around Calheta and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes this villa perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside.

All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the
swimming pool.

Swimming pool heating is optional and costs, 112€ per week for a
setting of 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival.
A supplement of 20€ per week applies for each additional degree

Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one
week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa,
the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from
the time the heating is turned on.
Booking Notes
The rental value varies with the number of people occupying
the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number
of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements
apply should additional people join you for any length of
time.
A breakages deposit of 200€ needs to paid in cash on arrival. This
is returned to you at the end of the holiday should there be no
breakages or damage to the villa.
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% is required, or the
full amount if within 8 weeks or arrival, and the balance is due 8
weeks prior to arrival. Should you cancel up to 8 weeks prior to
arrival only the deposit is non-refundable, and within this period
the full amount.

Das Haus war in einem einwandfreiem und sauberen Zustand. Die Schlüsselübergabe bei Übernahme und Rückgabe verlief professionell und freundlich. Nur das angegebene Solarium haben wir nicht gefunden - im Sommer und bei angenehm sonnigen Wetter auch kein Problem. Leider mussten wir am Abreisetag das Haus bereits um 10.00 Uhr räumen - hie wäre 12.00 deutlich angenehmer gewesen
