Great place to stay. Clean, practically new villa. A couple restaurants within walking distance. Beach is good

Extremely decent place to stay, although there was some unexpected fees (local tourist taxes and swimming pool 1 degree heating is paid separately), still we enjoy our stay and will recommend this place for a peaceful stay. Communication was clear and polite, instructions were helpful. Just wanted to highlight that this is a villa dived into two similar parts, and second part is under rent also, this could be shared with us before, we were looking for a separate house initially. Anyway, there is no any remarks and highly recommend the place for any kind of vacation! Thank You!

We would like to clarify that the city tax is a mandatory local requirement and is clearly stated in the listing. The pool heating is also mentioned as an optional extra, so that guests are fully informed when making their reservation. Regarding the property, we would also like to clarify that it is not divided into shared spaces. It is a semi-detached house, meaning it is a private and independent unit, not shared with other guests.
