I especially like the view from the terrace, good communication with the owner and roominess at the apartment. I stayed there only with my father, but there is definitely place for 4 people, 2 floors with comfortable bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms on each floor. Nice leaving room and well equipped kitchen with washing machine (clothes). Definitely recommend!!!!! ✔️✔️✔️✔️
I only didn't like the road leading to the apartment - it is very narrow. Unfortunately we received a bigger car than we rented (peugeot 2008 instead fiat 600) and we had difficulties with parking the car. We made a small scratch on one side of the car and had to pay a fee when we returned the car to the rental agency. What I would recommend to the landlord is to cover rough corners in the garage with a soft foam, to protect cars from scratches.

Regarding the access road and parking, you are right — the street is quite narrow, and larger cars can make manoeuvring more challenging. I’m sorry to hear about the scratch on the rental car; that’s an unfortunate situation, especially when the vehicle provided wasn’t the one you originally booked.

Regarding the access to the parking area, you are correct, the hill can be a bit challenging. This is quite normal here in Madeira, where the natural landscape creates steep roads and driveways. Logement tout neuf, très propre, bien équipé et terrasse très agréable. Bonne literie et aménagement de bonne qualité. Il y a aussi un emplacement gratuit pour la voiture.Marco et sa maman sont très accueillants et nous ont offert du vin de Madère. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

 

Brand new accommodation, very clean, well-equipped and very pleasant terrace. Good bedding and good quality fittings. There is also a free parking space. Marco and his mom are very welcoming and offered us Madeira wine. We highly recommend this rental.

Desde el momento de nuestra llegada los anfitriones fueron súper amables con nosotros, incluso nos compraron algo de cena ya que habíamos llegado tarde. El apartamento está totalmente nuevo y es súper cómodo y bonito. Nos sentimos muy a gusto en nuestra estancia. Recomendable al 100% y los anfitriones también.

Sehr empfehlenswert. Schöner Ausblick aufs Meer und tolle ruhige Lage. Ich empfehle ein Leihauto aber die Garage ist schon mit einem Kleinwagen Millimeterarbeit. Gastgeber war sehr sehr freundlich. Netter Kerl��������

The flat is a very good stay. The flat is new, and all the facilities are new. Everything needed is provided. There is even a washing machine, which we can do our laundry. The host considerately prepared salt, tea and the cooking stuff. The flat is two floors; the downstairs part is a smart-design flat with one bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. The most important thing is it is perfectly sound-isolated. It is my best stay in Madeira so far, even better than in 5-star hotel. The upper floor is another bedroom with bathroom and a large terrace, where you can enjoy the seaview and Mountain View. The location is good, away from the crowd but not far away from supermarkets or harbor. The host are very kind and friendly. Highly recommended and me and my husband will book again!
