A table and chairs complement the scenario for an afternoon drink after exploring the island On entering the property, you’ll find a spacious and tastefully decorated twin bedroom, along with a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Descending the stairs, the ground floor opens to a snug dining area with seating for four which leads to the comfortable living room equipped with a flat screen smart TV – perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. To the right you’ll find the second double bedroom with a 150x200 cm bed. A fully equipped separate kitchen completes the ground floor, providing everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals at home. Close by there is a branded supermarket where you can purchase all items you need for your meals. You’re also just a short walk from some restaurants and public transport, offering convenient access to everything Câmara de Lobos and Funchal has to offer while enjoying a peaceful residential setting. Hiking trails, viewpoints, and beaches are all easily accessible by car, which makes Casa da Vinha the perfect tranquil base to explore Madeira’s natural beauty and vibrant culture.

Cleaning
Cleaning and linen change is provided every 7 days.
All linen and towels are provided.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.

Booking Notes:
The advertised prices are based on a 2-person occupancy and supplements apply should anyone join you for any length of time.

To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

A security deposit of 250€ is required paid in cash upon check-in.

The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities. This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person. Your accommodation is legally responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality. The Municipality Tourist Tax will be collected via credit card on the online check-in procedure.

Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival and after you have paid your balance. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport so that a personal check-in may be provided. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.

For out of office hours check-ins, alternative arrangements will be made, and an additional cost of 42€ will apply for the keys to be handed over. As the arrival airport procedures and pick-up of hire cars may take time, this will apply on weekdays for all flights arriving after 15H30, and any time on Sundays and holiday dates in Madeira. This will be charged by credit card prior to your arrival.

Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.
