Beautiful, spacious house with a wonderful garden. Apart from some minor construction work (which we were informed about in advance) and dogs barking, the surroundings were quiet and private. There were pumping noises at night on the upper floor, unfortunately at our stay the pool heating was not working properly and the driveway to the house is very steep - That's complaining at a high level. Otherwise, you get a great house for your money.

Wij hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad in de prachtige huis. De zwembadverwarming was helaas wel stuk, waardoor wij weinig gebruik hebben gemaakt van het zwembad, want deze was erg koud. Lieve host, makkelijk te bereiken.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the villa and would highly recommend. The garden is truly stunning and makes the whole place a joy to be in. Whilst the entrance is a little tight in a car and takes a bit of getting used to, the villa itself is super spacious and stylish. The kitchen is very well kitted and everything appears brand new. My wife and 3 children (15,11,8) all loved it and we will more than likely go again. Finally our host Delila was an absolute superstar, helping with local restaurants and providing local recommendations for beaches etc. She absolutely nailed it for us, obrigado!!!

We stayed in the villa for a week and it was wonderful time. it is fully equipped with number od spaces arranged for different activities so even in bigger group everyone can find his space. We loved the kitchen - spacious and fully equipped. it is really worthy if you aim for peaceful stay.

Unglaublich schöne Unterkunft, die Bilder auf AirBNB versprechen nicht zu viel. Tolle Architektur des Hauses, überhell hell, freundlich und großzügig gestaltet. Der Garten und Pool ebenfalls ein Traum, tolle Aussicht auf das Meer, man muss sich einfach wohl fühlen. Die Ausstattung ließ nichts vermissen, auch in der Vergangenheit bemängelte fehlende Kleinigkeiten wie Spülmaschinentabs, Toilettenpapier, Kaffeekapseln ... waren vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber, der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Dalila war immer sehr zügig. Alle benötigten Informationen und Tips gab es schnell und ausführlich. Einziges kleines Manko, nebenan werden neue Häuser gebaut, so dass man tagsüber den Kran und öfters das Hämmern der Arbeiter gehört hat, in unserer Zeit jedoch nicht sehr störend. Also absolut weiter zu empfehlen.

We had a great time in this villa, the house is really beautiful with 3 bedrooms, two of them share a bathroom, the other one in the basement has a own, additionally there is a separat bathroom as well. Some of the furniture are a little bit old and seems to be used a lot - besides from that the equipment is completly fine. The kitchen has everything you need. Outside you have a big garden with a pool and an outstanding view over the ocean. Also the service and the communication with our host Dalia was really great - she helped us out a lot with local restaurants and "hidden" spots to visit.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The beautiful garden was a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffees and evening chill. The spacious interior provided sufficient space for our group of 6, and we adored the quiet location boasting stunning ocean views. Just a heads up, you'll need a car to access nearby amenities like grocery stores and restaurants, but it's well worth it for the tranquility. Bonus points for having a washing machine available. Would definitely recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Leider hatten wir während unseres Aufenthalts sehr schlechtes Wetter. Das sehr schöne offene geschnittene Haus war in dieser Zeit die perfekte Unterkunft. Es ist nochmal deutlich schöner als auf den Bildern !

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Dalila is ontzettend behulpzaam, vriendelijk en goed bereikbaar. Tip van iemand anders om vaatwastabletten en wasmiddel mee te nemen was behulpzaam. De inrichting van het huis begint wel hier en daar aan vervanging toe te zijn als deze prijs gehanteerd blijft. Echter niets waardoor ons verblijf verstoord werd. Onze huurauto was te laag om over de drempel naar de oprit te komen. Verder een fijne locatie om van alles te zien en te ondernemen. Kortom een zeer prettig verblijf gehad.

Fantastic stay. Garden and pool in an unexpected heatwave was ideal and with a social area around the pool was perfect for the family to reconnect. Air conditioning was also a god send and made our stay incredibly comfortable. Only a very minor tip would be to leave a little more washing up liquid, scourers, bin liners and loo rolls…but this is very minor. Otherwise an incredible stay and very relaxing. Thank You.

We really enjoyed our stay. The villa and the garden is awesome, and you have everything you need there. You need a rental car to get to the sightseeing spots, markets, and restaurants. A lot of sightseeing spots are reachable within 30 - 40 minutes by car. Dalila is great, friendliy and has always recommedations for you. We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa!

The Garden Paradise villa definitely lives up to its name! The garden is absolutely spectacular, you could almost compare it to a botanical garden. We lived outside for most of our stay, enjoying the pool and the view of the sea some 500 meters below. The house itself is very spacious, our two teenage sons each had a room of their own, there are three bathrooms and a large kitchen. The living area is very bright and offers great views of the garden and the sea. Some of the furniture could be replaced, as it looks a bit worn out. But that's being facetious, as you will find everything you need and more to spend a great time and feel at home. The area aroung Prazeres offers great opportunities for walks and expeditions. You can start a levada walk 1.5km from the house, or hike down to Jardim do Mar if the footpath is not closed. All things considered, we can recommend staying at Garden Paradise. It will be hard to find a more appealing location in Madeira for the same price.

Das Haus sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist ruhig und extrem schön - alleine der Meerblick! Der Pool war ein großes Plus!

This property certainly as the wow factor. The house is spacious and beautifully designed and the garden is just stunning. The garden has ocean views and lots of lovely seating spots dotted around the garden including a comfy hammock. The house has almost everything you'll need, but a top tip is to bring your own dishwasher tablets and washing tablets if you're planning on using the dishwasher or washing machine. We also could find any bin bags so used shopping bags. Minor things, but it would have been helpful to know in advance. We adored this house and garden and would highly recommend it.

Nice villa with a great garden, from which you can see sunset over the see. In nearby village you can find small cafe or shop.

Spacious and comfortably modern. We loved the beautiful garden and pool. So relaxing! Great view of the sea! The barbecue with roof cover came in handy when it was raining heavily. Well fitted kitchen, comfy beds and the big tv with Apple Tv was a plus. A special thanks to the super helpful Dalila who checked us in and gave us plenty of tips for good restaurants, hikes and taxi service. Altogether a fantastic experience!

The house is marvellous! It could not be better. The heated swimming pool was perfect. The beds incredibly comfortable. We could sit on the terrace for hours staring at the tropical garden and the ocean. I wish I could come back one day!
