In peaceful Prazeres with seaview and pool – Sunflower Studio in Quinta Inacia

Great location, quiet, lots of options for businesses, rural, etc.

Me and my Grilfiend had a great week in this beautiful apartment. The view and the absolute silence were the highlight during our stay. Silvério was a great host, and we would come back any time.

Amazing place to stay! Highly recommend. It's perfect place to relax. We loved the infinity pool and the outdoor patio from our room.

Loved this place! Didn't want to leave. Silvério and Daniel were delightful and the studio was a wonderful escape from the chaos of work, busy cities, and anything really. Would recommend a car (as with most the island), but if you're looking for a cute village and a truly serene retreat-a place to clear your head and finally feel like you can take a breath, then don't hesitate to book this stay. Whenever I'm stressed I'm going to think of Silvério and Daniel's place. Only regret is I should have stayed longer.

Our stay was just so great ! Madeira is a lovely island and our stay at Daniel and Silvério's house made the experience even better ! The flat is really well furnished and decorated, it is clean and smells good (no humidity smell at all), the location is perfect to visit the west side of Madeira. The place is so quiet and relaxing. Moreover, the view is just incredible from the flat and when you go down to the swimming pool, it is so speechless, so beautiful. Go there and you will be sure to have a perfect stay. Thank you so much to the hosts for their kindness and availability.

The house was very nice and clean and had everything we needed. The view and pool were a bonus. They were both extremely kind and helpful. We could ask them anything at any time.

Wir durften drei Tage lang im Sunflower-Appartement übernachten. Der Checkin fand mit Daniel statt und war sehr freundlich, professionell und sympathisch. Das Apartment ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist wunderbar groß und von der Terrasse aus hat man einen Blick aufs Meer, der nur von Agapanthus eingeschränkt ist. Wunderbar! Den beheizten Pool teilt man sich mit den Gästen aus drei weiteren Wohneinheiten. Es ist herrlich dort entspannt liegen zu können und auf den Atlantik zu schauen. Abends haben wir gegrillt, was dann (leider) die Katzen angezogen hat. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Hier findet man in traumhafter Kulisse seine Ruhe! Von hier aus kann man einzigartige Tagestouren genießen. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Nur zu empfehlen!

Amazing view from the swimming pool, very pleasant apartment. Daniel and Silverio were kind, available and wonderful hosts. The place is ideal to visiting the West side of the Island.

Airbnb showed 5/5 rating before our trip: was 100% correct. Our hosts were the kindest, had the most amazing view from the flat or the pool and slept great in the beautiful apartman! Definitely worth staying here!

Amazing place! Lovely and peaceful with a beautiful pool. The room was very clean and homely and we had everything we needed. We did lots of walking and it was a great location to base yourself with a hire car to explore other parts of the island. Will definitely stay again next time we visit Madeira!

El viaje no pudo merecer más la pena, uno de los motivos principales fue la estancia y la cercanía y amabilidad de Daniel y Silvero. El apartamento estaba tal cual se ve en las fotos o mejor incluso, sábanas y toallas súper limpias. Los anfitriones cuidan mucho el estado de los apartamentos y alrededores. Mi hija disfruto mucho de la zona de la piscina, había una vaca por los alrededores y fue una gran conexión con la naturaleza para ella. Volveremos sin duda! Millones de gracias a Daniel y Silvero porque fueron increíbles :)

The place and the studio is just perfect! Very calm and beautiful for a great vacation in the island. The pool is truly a highlight! The room is perfectly equipped with everything you need. Silverio and Daniel are the most friendly hosts you will find. Very helpful with recommendations.

This is truly a beautiful place, it feels like you are staying at a 5 star hotel, but is such amazing value. I would reccomended to everyone to stay here, we swam in the pool everyday in February! All facilities perfect, we cooked one night in the apartment, which is well stocked with the needed kitchen utensils. They also had a drying rack for after using washing machine. A true trip of luxury but with lovely hikes and practicalities all near by. I am certain I will return here and will be reccomending it to all family and friends.

Excellent place to stay, classy comfy and well-equipped, with a warm welcome and everything you can need available. the location is quiet with beautiful views and nice walks to make. Definitely recommended!

We totally enjoy our stay in Quinta Inácia. We felt very comfortable in the nicely done up appartement, inside and outside. On the poolside and our terrace we had stunning sunsets over the seaside. Our host Silvério was so accomodating that we felt very welcome. Not least we received a lot of helpful information before our arrival.

Magnifique petite maison à Prazeres. Propre, décorée avec goût, spacieuse et un lit king size très agréable. Un équipement de cuisine complet avec un barbecue à disposition. Un jardin à couper le souffle, une vue magnifique sur l'océan avec des couchés de soleil tout les soirs. Une piscine à débordement tout aussi magnifique que le reste, un peu froide à mon goût (mais je suis frileuse !) Des hôtes sympathiques, souriants et aux petits soins avec les voyageurs. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Probably one of the best Airbnb I've ever been in. Located in the "wild" part of the island, you still have facilities around. Silvério and Daniel are kind and always available to help you. The apartment is clean and the pool with the sea view is amazing. I recommand this place and wish you to have the same great trip we had.

The studio is located in a quiet and beautiful area, with sea view and nothing more than nature sounds. We were welcomed by a very nice and helpful host, and everything was nice. An amazing experience overall.

With a view like this you don't need to go anywhere ... but there are so many cool things to see on this side of the island we couldn't resist (volcanic rock pools, beautiful levada walks, Jardim do Mar, Whale watching and even a sandy beach nearby) The apartment has everything you need but are also great restaurants in Prázeres and the beach towns nearby. Our kids loved their daily swims in the pool while we enjoyed soaking up the view with a few drinks Thanks Daniel & Silverio for making us feel so at home and for all your travel tips ... we wish you all the best

Super comfortable place with great sea view. The studio had everything we needed for a short stay, including a barbecue and a very confy bed, and everything was very well maintained.

I love everything about Quinta Inacía - and will definitely be back. The appartment is spacious and luxurious, the heated infinity pool is the perfect place to relax, read and do yoga - and the hosts are the most amazingly nice people in Madeira if not the world. Thank you guys for going out of your way and make me feel like family!

Absolutely perfect venue, everything clean, fresh, Daniel and Silverio are fabulous hosts who will really look after you. Just on the edge of Prazeres, a gorgeous village to the South West, we used it as a base to explore the hiils, levada walks, and coastal walks. We visited 5 restaurants in Prazeres over 2 weeks (some 2 or 3 times), plus others in the environs, we didn't have a bad meal anywhere. The kitchen facilities in the Sunflower Studio are ample, there is a BBQ set for you to use as well, we just didn't need them. The cost of dining out especially on the western side of the island is so reasonable. I don't know what it is that makes the beef in Madeira so tender, but once you've had one steak, you'll want another and another. The views from the cottage are just amazing, you see straight over to the sea, uninterupted views, and will witness picturesque sunsets each night. Access around the island is straightforward, via the VR1 and the VE3, which is 2 mins drive away. When you arrive at QI, your first thoughts will be 'we've dropped lucky here'. We were reluctant to leave QI, Prazeres and Madeira. We met many others who have returned to Madeira repeatedly, we can well see why. A joy of a place, highly recommended without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time at the house. The hosts were very friendly and the house was clean! We had a lovely view and is was very quiet around the house. We realo recommend the place if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay.

We booked this apartment independently and travelled from the UK, hiring a car at Funchal airport. We stayed for 2 weeks at the end of January and enjoyed excellent weather. We spent the whole 2 weeks exploring the island, the levadas, the many places to eat, and the welcoming, warm hospitality of the hosts, who own and run the complex to a very high standard. The apartment itself has a small, well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with power shower, very comfortable bed, and shared access to a swimming pool and washing facilities. The views are straight out to sea, guests have use of BBQ facilities if required. We found ourselves eating out each night, the food is so reasonably priced and flavoursome it seemed silly not to. Everyone we met who stayed at the complex was very pleasantly surprised at their apartments, and the slightly larger cottage, I cannot recommend the venue highly enough.

Emplacement idyllique, vue fabuleuse sur océan atlantique, espaces verts soignés Coin terrasse extérieure bien pensé avec bbq même si nous n avons pas pu en profiter au mois de Mars, de même que la piscine dans laquelle il doit être agréable de se baigner en saison.

We really loved staying at this place! The studio is very modern and clean and has its own patio with breathtaking views of the ocean. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, but you still can easily walk to the supermarket and restaurants. The swimming pool area was great and there were funny and cute cats running around. It was very nice of the owner to let us stay little longer on the day of departure.

Very quit location with 2 very nice hosts, Silverio and Daniel. They give you a very good feeling and they have a high standard in details, like an attention on valentine's day and when we arrived there was some cake and some first needs in the fridge. From the location you can easily walk to several resturants or cook your self in the studio, everything you need is available. Also a small supermarket is in the neighbourhood. The poolarea is wonderfull. We had a super time in Quinta Inacia. Ton and Ria

Perfect combination- five stars hotel comfort (especially bed ant shower) with freedom and nature around (trips are wounderful). It was the best choice in Madeira!

L'endroit est superbe, extrêmement paisible et offre des logements très propres et d'un grand confort.( studio et cottage loués pour 4 adultes et 2enfants ). Les propriétaires adorables sont aux petits soins. Jolie piscine et belle vue mer. L'île étant assez petite, il est facile de la visiter depuis ce lieu d'hébergement, proche de la voie principale menant à Funchal et des lieux de randonnée (25 fontaines à 20 min en voiture). Supérette et bons restaurants dans la commune également. Vous pouvez réserver en confiance!!!!!! Beau séjour à Madère !

We loved our stay at Quinta Inacia. The flat is spacious & cosy and has a wonderful view of the ocean! Silverio and Daniel are very kind and attentive hosts and their little welcoming touches - like bread and cheese on arrival - as well as their tips (don't miss taking a sunset dip in the pool!) were very much appreciated! We hope to be back to stay again sometime soon!

Ein kleines paradiesische Refugium mit traumhaftem Blick. Die Studios sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber. Die Umgebung bietet sehr schöne Wanderungen und Touren auf die Hochebene oder zur Nordseite der Insel.

The apartment was modern, well kept and clean and the grounds were beautiful. Silverio and Daniel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They are fantastic hosts. I can't recommend them enough. They are in a great location for anyone wanting to explore the island. If I ever come back to Madeira I will be booking here again.

Logement très propre et spacieux avec une petite attention à l'arrivée (Pain, fromage et lait). Les hôtes ont étés chaleureux à notre arrivée bien que celle-ci ai été tardive. La vue est superbe et conforme aux photos. Le lieu d'hébergement est très calme et à quelques minutes en voiture se trouvent café, restaurants, station service et supermarchés. Prévoir des chaussettes/chaussons pour l'appartement car le sol est froid. Le seul point négatif est la température de la piscine qui nous a également semblé froide. Nous avons quand même adoré le lieu.

We stayed in both the cottage and studio. Both were perfectly cleaned, equipped, and very comfortable. The views are stunning and the location is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed snuggles from the 3 sweet cats that live on the property. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to return again ourselves!

The studios & grounds at Quinta Inácia are absolutely lovely! We bot great info and directions prior to our stay. Everything was set up perfectly in style & comfort with extra amenities like a serving tray, porch chair cushions and an ironing board! We really appreciated the rain shower and high quality linens. Sunsets by the infinity pool with it's ocean view were amazing. Our hosts were friendly, accommodating, easily reached for any questions and served as great guides for their local tips really added to our visit. Hope to be back again soon!

We had a beautiful stay in a beautiful place that looks just like in the photos. Great Time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the sun. Some nice restaurants close by. And a complete silence and lots of stars to sleep with. Magical! And the hosts are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it!

This apartment was absolutly fantastic! The location is perfect, very quiete and peacefull and just a few minutes walk away from the center of the village. The apartment was super clean, everything was really stylish and the view was completely amazing. There is also a really nice infinity pool with a very comfortable relax area. The hosts were very, very friendly, very helpfull and all the time avsilable for questions and recommodations. This was our best and most relaxing accomodation during our Madeira-Trip
