Set on the peaceful rolling hills below the village Prazeres, overlooking the sea, Quinta Inácia is a lovely new complex of apartments in Madeira with 3 Studios, the refurbished Old Cottage, and a lovely heated swimming pool, competently and personally run by the two owners, Daniel and Silvério.
As you enter the air conditioned very spacious and beautifully
decorated L-shaped Hibiscus Studio, the modern large kitchenette is
on the right and opens to the living area with sofa-bed and dining
table.
The bedroom area is to the right, off which can be found the
contemporary shower room.
Patio doors lead to a private veranda that occupies the front of
the studio, with table and two chairs and a portable barbecue.
The shared heated swimming pool is found on an open lower level, surrounded by a deck and lawn, with wonderful views over the countryside to the sea. Here you will find a lovely covered seating area, as well as shower and toilet facilities.
Daniel and Silvério will always be on hand to insure your every need is catered for and that you will enjoy a wonderfull holiday at Quinta Inácia.
There are many walks around Prazeres and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes Quinta Inácia perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside.

roundabout that provides access to the expressway and the motorway
system, is a supermarket, café/bakery with cashpoint machine, a
further café at the petrol station and a further couple of
restaurants.
The nearest chemist is in the sleepy village of Estreito da Calheta, only 5 minute's drive away (4 Km).
A few minutes by car will take you to the resort town of
Calheta, 6 Km from the Quinta Inácia. With its man-made golden
beaches, it is popular with tourists and locals alike. There is a
beautiful marina and a selection of bars and restaurants, a good
branded supermarket, a bank and chemist.
Calheta is famous for producing the best white rum 'Aguardente', a
special ingredient of the typical Madeiran drink 'Poncha'. If you
are interested in knowing how the white rum is made, we recommend a
tour of the 'Engenho da Calheta' the rum distillery where you can
wander around and sample the produce.
Centro das Artes Casa da Mudas is a new centre located at the edge
of a cliff overlooking the sea and was built to host superb art
exhibitions, musical performances and other events.
15 minutes by car east is Ribeira Brava, the largest town before
Funchal, that offers a rocky beach and sea access facilities in
addition to a large supermarket and more shops, cafés, and
restaurants.
Funchal town is an easy 45-minute drive on the expressway, and the
airport a further 15 minutes onwards.

The view on the ocean is unforgettable, from both the apartment and the swimming pool. The apartment was spacious, clean and cozy. Silverio gave us a warm welcome, and he was always very responsive. A wonderful choice if you're looking for a quiet spot with a beautiful view, while still being a few minutes away from plenty of other attractions.
Нам очень понравилось жилье. Там очень тихо и красивый вид на океан. В студии были все удобства, мы могли без проблем готовить на кухне и делать гриль. Так же было очень чисто и все полотенца и постельное белье вкусно пахли! Очень рекомендую.
Tolle Lage, sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft - alles was man zum Kochen benötigt vorhanden. Wunderschöner Pool und sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Besitzer. Liebevoller und gepflegter Garten bei jedem Apartment vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner können auch benutzt werden. Wohlfühlen und Entspannen garantiert- wir kommen wieder!
Ubytování bylo velmi příjemné, v klidné části města, výborně dostupné - měli jsme auto. Všude klid, nádherný výhled, úžasná udržovaná zahrada (a mazlící se kočky :-), bazén vytápěný na 24°, krytý venkovní prostor pro relaxaci. Apartmán byl dostatečně veliký, super pohodlná postel, velký sprchový kout, invertorová klimatizace, vybavená kuchyně (i kávovar :-), na terase gril. . Daniel je skvělý hostitel, přívětivý a velmi ochotný a vždy rychle reagoval. Rádi objevujeme stále nové místa a většinou se nevracíme do stejných apartmánů, ale tady uděláme výjimku. Až si přijedeme příště projít všechny levády, ubytujeme se opět u tebe, Danieli. Děkuji
Magnifique endroit pour ceux qui aiment le calme et la nature comme nous. Vue sur l'océan spectaculaire et couchers de soleil magnifiques. Studios très modernes et confortables. Petite piscine chauffée 24 °C. Point de départ pour les excursions tant à l'ouest qu'au Nord, moins de 45 min de Funchal. Et puis surtout, hôtes sur place charmants et attentionnés qui ont fait de ce logement l'un de nos favoris !
We enjoyed the stay so much, I would wish to stay much more longer! The location is perfect for trips to visit nature spots & levadas in surroundings, we traveled through the whole west part of the island during our stay. The studio was super clean, well equipped and we just felt really comfortable. Whole place is really special, the view on the ocean is incredible, sunrise and sunset moments won't be forgotten. Special thanks to Daniel who welcomed us personally which we really appreciated, he is very nice and caring person. We will definitely come back.

The accomodation was fantastic and is highly recommendable! The location is beautiful and practical at the same time. This area of Madeira is a great spot to start activities from, e.g. hikes, beach, sights, restaurants. The accomodation is very clean and maintained, calm, green and with a perfect view onto the Atlantic Ocean from 500m altitude, right in the mountains. On top of that, inside the heated infinity pool the view is even more spectacular and unique. The hosts - Silvério and Daniel - are outstanding. They are very nice, courteous, personal, always supportive and helpful and do everything to make the time special and unforgettable. We always felt appreciated and welcome and would stay there anytime again.
We had an wonderful stay at Quinta Inàcia! The pool an the sea view were amazing. Silvério war very welcoming and friendly and made sure we had everything needed. One can see that there is much love for details in the studio, wich makes it warm an homely to stay at. We will for sure come back!

These studio flats are wonderful - tastefully decorated and so well equipped. Pool area is gorgeous. Silverio and Daniel are very attentive hosts. This is a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of Funchal great for relaxing!
Tout est conforme à la description. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Endroit calme, vue magnifique, un hôte adorable , une piscine chauffée avec vue sur l'océan , entouré de verdure. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Quinta Inácia! Silvério ist ein unbeschreiblich lieber und herzlicher Gastgeber, der sich regelmäßig nach dem Wohl seiner Gäste erkundigt. Er wohnt ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück, was den Kontakt super einfach und angenehm gemacht hat. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und man hatte einen tollen Meerblick. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Silvério und Daniel aus ganzem Herzen jedem empfehlen!
Die Bungalows und die ganze Anlage sind wunderschön angelegt, alles ist super sauber, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen oder als Ausgangspunkt für Touren.
First and foremost big thanks to the host Silverio who made our stay so wonderful. The studio is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would highly recommended booking this cabin for your entire stay at Madeira as its location is great and can get you anywhere in the island. There are nearby restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy and gas station. Despite having everything nearby, the location is very quite and peaceful with wonderful gardens and a panoramic ocean view!
Everything about this accomodation has been exceptional: an uncomplicated arrival and key delivery, a beautiful and stunning view onto the sea, a wonderful and very clean apartment and a custom check-out time. As a bonus there were some very cute and cuddly cats on the property, which we enjoyed very much. Finally, I want to emphasize the most exceptional about this accomadation: the owner Silvério. He is a heartwarming and friendly guy and you can really see the hard work and commitment he put into everything. It does make a big difference. If there is another vacation on Madeira, we will absolutely stay at Quinta Inacia again!

Nejlepší ubytování, kde jsem zatím s partou byl. Majitelé nám poradili, kde koupit nejlepší Ponchu, kde nakoupit, jakou rybu ugrilovat na jejich půjčené grilu, jaké levády a zajímavá místa projít. Top accomodation. Pokud znovu poletím na Madeiru, jasná volba. Kousek od hlavní silnice, obchodu i benzínky.
Daniel and Silvério have absolutely hit the spot with this airbnb! They have created a lovely space and we couldn't have asked for more. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you could want. The garden and house are beautiful and the pool area is a lovely place to chill out and relax. The drive from the airport is very easy and the house was easy to find. Would defo recommend getting a rental car but as long as you have that it's easy to get around the island. They gave us some great recommendations and were always eager to help with anything. Thank you Daniel and Silvério! We will be back!

Wir verbrachten tolle 14 Tage in diesem schönen Apartment. Wir genossen sehr den wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer und die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft von Daniel & Silvério. Alle paar Tage gab es frische Handtücher und nach der Hälfte unseres Aufenthaltes wurde sogar das Apartment gereinigt. Ein wirklich super Service und ein sehr schöner Platz um Ferien zu geniessen.
I stayed at Quinta Inacia for three nights. It's a really cool set up, owned and managed by a really nice couple of guys. The inside space is very stylish, with a few nice touches. The bed was ridiculously comfortable. The kind of bed designed for long, lazy days! And they have a proper coffee machine which is always a bonus for me! The local supermarket sells capsules for it. The weather wasn't great during my visit, so it wasn't the best time to be enjoying the pool are and outdoor space, but it looks lovely. I'd really like to come back some time. And its location in Prazeres is ideal for exploring Paul do Mar and Jardim do Mar, both accessible by (steep) footpaths, which were unfortunately far too slippery to negotiate in the inclement weather. I had to make do with driving instead. I liked Prazeres. It's a fairly unassuming village, but there's a bunch of nice, untouristy restaurants, coffee shops and bars within 15-20 mins walk. I'd recommend it as a solid place to spend a few days.
Me and my wife stayed for a week at this lovely place. The hosts are very welcoming and always happy to help with any questions.The studio is great with everything you need on site. View is totally amazing, you wake up and see ocean. We will definitely recommend this place to all our friends as great place to stay in Madeira.
Daniel & Silvério are such kind persons! The accommodation was the best one we had through our whole madeira travel (we had 4 different acc. in total :) ). The place is so lovely! You can see that everything was and is made with love! The pool + the view is amazing! The house is great, clean, everything inside what is needed. It is so calm and relaxing. This place is a hidden gem in an amazing area with access to local supermarkets, restaurants and hikes. We loved our stay, it was really quiet and peaceful. The infinity pool is a great place to chill and refresh yourself while looking at the sea. Silvério and Daniel were amazing in every way, we had nice chats in the morning and evening, they always respected our privacy but were also very friendly and helpful, giving us lots of Madeira tips. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet und der Ausblick direkt aufs Meer ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Das Apartment ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist blitzsauber. Die Anreise/Check-in war sehr gut organisiert. Silverio ist ein toller Gastgeber und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und mit dem Auto ist alles auf der Insel gut zu erreichen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen!

Fantastic stay! Charming hosts and a beautiful apartment with breathtaking views of the ocean. All very clean, nice garden and even a heated pool. We only regret that we just could stay a few days and highly recommend this accommodation.
We spent 6 nights in the Hibiscus studio, David and Silverio were fantastic hosts. The studio is very clean and well equipped, we had everything we needed. The view is amazing, you can see the ocean from your bed, and enjoy the breakfast on the patio The location is perfect if you have a car, and want to explore the island. We are highly recommending this place and planning to come back one day

Excellent séjour à la Quinta Inacia. Accueil impeccable par les propriétaires, location très agréable, moderne, fonctionnelle et particullièrement propre et bien mise en valeur. C'est un véritable plaisir d'admirer les agapantes et toutes les plantations faites par les propriétaires. Vraiment, j'ai beau chercher, il n'y a aucun point à améliorer dan cette location. La prestation est excellente. D'un point de vue touristique, le secteur est agréable et permet d'alterner mer et montagne. Lde restaurants sont bons et pas cher. Je retournerai avec le plus grand plaisir à la Quinta Inacia. Merci pour tout.
Un vrai bonheur ! Une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer, le calme, la modernité et la propreté des lieux, l'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires et surtout la beauté des agapanthes et autres fleurs plantées avec goût. Flemmarder au lit ou lezarder à la piscine est un enchantement. Enfin la région est intéressante pour les balades. Assurément une des plus belles locations jamais trouvées pour nos vacances. On reviendra j'espère. Merci pour tout !
Really nice place to stay with very nice housekeepers. Super clean and nice apartment with a beautiful pool and ocean view. Great place to stay and see the south-west side of Madeira. Highly recommending this place!!!
We're still in love with that beautiful accomodation: Very stilish appartments, beautiful garden with flowers and pool area, nice little terrasse to enjoy at breakfast this amazing sea view, lovely details overall. I really love what Silverio and Daniel created here, and they are perfect hosts!! I hope to come back one time :)
Bem, como dizer? Foi fantástico. O estúdio é muito bem equipado como todo o conforto necessário para os quatro. O anfitrião foi excelente, recebeu-nos a horas tardias e com muito carinho. E a piscina (de água salgada, sem cloro) sobre o Atlantico? Fabulosa! Recomendo vivamente a todos e, se voltar a Madeira, tenciono voltar a este sítio.

Située à Prazeres au dessus de Jardin Do Mar , cette location récente est très agréable,confortable et très bien entretenue.Environnement paisible et calme .Les propriétaires, Daniel et Silverio, sont particulièrement accueillants et attentifs , dans la discrétion.Situation permettant de sillonner l'ile en voiture sans difficulté.Des randonnées accessibles à tous à proximité le long des levadas .Tout proche de 2 charmants villages, Jardim do Mar et Paul do Mar , accessibles à pieds pour les courageux sportifs.Restauration de qualité dans les environs.Il faut y aller!
Amazing View
We stayed in the Appartement for 6 nights and the experience was way above what we expected. The Appartement was very clean and well equipped. The view is simply breathtaking and the two hosts were super friendly and always available for questions. Check in was super easy. Just gave our hosts a call when we departed at the Airport and both of them welcomed us at the Appartement. Overall i can highly recommend to stay at "our Madeira".
Chez Sylverio et Daniel vous trouverez un petit coin de paradis. Ce sont tous les deux des hôtes débordants de gentillesse et de générosité, accueillants et chaleureux. Vous vous sentirez tout de suite chez vous dans cet havre de tranquillité et de sérénité. Le temps s' arrête pour permettre de se ressourcer. Après les journées de randonnées dans cette très belle nature luxuriante, le must est la baignade dans la piscine à débordement : eh oui, même fin février c'est un régal !! Ensuite on peux profiter des magnifiques coucher de soleil et pour finir mettre à profit le barbecue :) Si vous préférez manger à l'extérieur, vous trouverez à plusieurs petits restaurants sympas. Dans le logement, c'est parfait et d'une propreté irréprochable, à noter le lit king size très confortable et la vue sur la mer quand on se réveille le matin. Un atout de la "Quinta Iniacia" est qu'elle est rapidement accessible de l'axe principal routier tout en étant complètement au calme. Au final que du bonheur et nous n'avons qu'une envie c'est d'y revenir !! Des bises à Silverio et Daniel et merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Béatrice et Jean-Yves.
Daniel and Silverio are great hosts and very helpful! Our stay was too short but we enjoyed every minute! The view is awesome and a place to relax.
Das Wohnung war super modern, aber trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber und neu. Der kleine Poolbereich hat einen wahnsinnig schönen Blick aufs Meer und die Umgebung ist winderschön! Keine 200m entfernt ist der Einstieg zu zwei Wanderungen an die Küstendörfer. Zur Begrüßung ist das Appartement mit Milch, Brot, Kaffee und Tee ausgestattet gewesen. Die beiden Vermieter sind super nett und zuvorkommend! Das einzige, was ich bereue, ist dass ich nicht länger dort geblieben bin!
Silverio and Daniel are great hosts! They finished building their houses just in november this year, everything looks really new and clean and the design is nicely clear and calming. The pool is amazing as well as the cats which give you company if you want! I stayed there with my friend for hiking and from Prazeres you can reach easily some good places either to walk or to go to see the sea and other towns. You have sun all day since its located in the south and also the hosts told us where to go to have good food, not expensive and alot! :) Thank you for sharing this place, Silverio & Daniel, stay blessed and healthy, we will come back for sure! We just loved staying there. We had a very warm and friendly welcome by the owner Silverio. He was very helpful und gave us a lot of tipps for our stay. He even filled the fridge with some Basics for the first breakfast. The appartment was very clean and tasteful. We also enjoyed the great pool and the amazing view from the appartment. Thank you very much for this perfect stay!
