Description

Surrounded by tranquil countryside with panoramic views of the coastline and ocean, this beautifully finished new contemporary villa provides you with everything for a great holiday. Created by extending an old country stone barn, and designed personally inside and out by the young couple that own the house, both of which are local architects, it is open and full of light. You will love the experience of dining on the outdoor terrace or swimming in the infinity pool whilst enjoying those wonderful views. The living area is especially lovely to be in, having floor to ceiling glass panes on three sides, and makes you feel at one with the surroundings. The first floor bedrooms lead onto a large balcony where you can while away the time appreciating the wonderful countryside and sea. The living area and bedrooms are individually air-conditioned.

The open-plan living space of sitting area, dining area and kitchen is on the ground floor and benefits from floor to ceiling sliding picture windows that turn it into an inside/outside space, and lead onto the south-facing terrace.
The terrace surrounds the house. On the front is the infinity swimming pool and sundeck; on the side the barbecue and outdoor table and chairs, leading down to the herb garden and lawn.
There is a further guest toilet and utility room with washing machine.
All bedrooms are doubles and have en-suite bathrooms. One is on the ground floor; the other two on the first floor, and share a large south-facing balcony.

Laundry with washing machine, iron and board, clothes horse.
Secure parking within the Villa for a car. As in most villas, a hire car is recommended.
The owners have planted a herb garden which guests may use for tea infusions or cooking.
A bread van passes the villa daily in the morning, and guests can purchase fresh bread or place a daily order - perfect for those panoramic breakfasts.

The village of Prazeres is 1,6Km (1 mile) away, where you can find a selection of local cafés and restaurants, a supermarket, and the medical centre.
2,5 Km away, by the large roundabout that provides access to the expressway and motorway system, there is a supermarket, café/bakery with cashpoint machine, a further café on the petrol station and a further couple of restaurants.

    Rental & Booking Information

    To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
    A security deposit of 300€ is required on arrival, payable in cash.
    The minimum stay is 07 nights.

    Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival. A contact number will be provided, and to be able to access the property, you need to phone this number as you are leaving the airport. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.

    Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply. 

    Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.
