On the first floor is a bright, spacious open plan lounge, with an adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. The lovely additional sun-room has surround views of the sea, pool and garden, with patio doors from both lounges opening onto the south facing terraces.
The Master Bedroom. with en-suite and the bedroom with twin beds are on this level, along with a family bathroom; the third and fourth bedroom with en-suite is on the floor below. All bedrooms have individually controlled air conditioning units.
The spacious lower floor provides a PlayStation4 corner with flat screen monitor, a pool table, ping pong table and table football - so plenty to keep everyone amused at any time of the day! The new fitness room features a multifunction fitness machine, elliptical cross-trainer, bicycle, weights and yoga mats.
There is plenty of outdoor space with a variety of patios for you to relax and enjoy your days in the sunshine. There is an outdoor dining area by the built-in barbecue. Just below, perched above the sea cliff, is the swimming pool and surrounding deck with sun loungers, sun umbrella and an outdoor shower, all with 180º views of the ocean. The rear and lower gardens are filled with lovely flowering plants and trees and look beautiful year-round
