What an amazing villa, great location. Short walk into the old village. Definitely booking this place again next year if available! Loved the house and another amazing trip to Madeira ticking off the Levada walks ��������

Loved or stay. Blessed with good weather so was able to make use of all that this lovely house has to offer. No matter what time of the day you can always find a sunny spot to relax in. Pool was a blessing. We didn't heat it and its was refreshing. The hosue was spotless and is huge. Bathrooms clean , beds comfortable and plenty of towels to use. Situated just outside the old town in a quiet but easily accessible location. Uphill from the old town but by Madeira standards not too steep.

A very nice modern house in a nice area within walking distance from Funchal centre. Nice view of the ocean from both rooms and the roof top balcony.

Ein Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt: Mit dem Auto direkt in die eigene Garage im Haus gefahren, ein Billardtisch und eine PlayStation im Keller für lustige Abende, eine riesengroße Küche / Esszimmer / Wohnzimmer für ein gemütliches Zusammensein, ein Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Sitzplätze vor und hinter dem Haus, Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen, sowie Zugang von allen 3 Schlafzimmern zur extra Terrasse im 1.Stock. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Rua Santa Maria in die Altstadt. Es war ein perfekter Ort für unseren 14-tägigen Urlaub auf dieser tollen Insel. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung.

Beautiful modern villa with great amenities swimming pool (heated to 26 degrees on request) pool table, table tennis. Bathroom for each bedroom. Stunning seaview, lovely walk down hill into old town via great bar en route. Lots of places to eat. Only complaint we have was the comfort of the bed in main bedroom, it was very hard and uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. Everything else was perfect, Thank you ����

We spent a week in the villa and had a great time. The villa had everything that was promised and looked even better than in the pictures. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk away there are good restaurants and a lot to see. Our Madeira also arranged a cot and a high chair for our baby in the villa, which was a big help for us. Communication with Our Madeira also worked very well. 5/5

Spectacular views, very spacious villa Excellent communication with host company . Would recommend if pool is to be heated to heat to at least 26 degrees . We found 24 degrees a wee bit chilly

Maison spacieuse, joliment décorée et bien placée (5/10min du vieux Funchal). Globalement, la maison est bien équipée, le seul point négatif est le fait qu'un magnifique barbecue est mis à disposition mais qu'il n'y a ni charbon de bois, ni bois pour pouvoir l'utiliser, surtout que cela ne se trouve pas en supermarchés à Madère… nous n'avons donc pas pu utiliser le barbecue. La piscine est magnifique, la vue sur la mer splendide, le garage est un gros plus quand vous louez une voiture. Indications claires et précises quant a l'arrivée, très bonne communication avec l'équipe Our Madeira qui est très disponible et arrangeante.

Super schöne Villa in zentraler Altstadtlage von Funchal. Wir sind mit 3 Generationen gereist und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bot für jeden die richtige Entspannung und war sehr weitläufig. Mehrere Terrassen mit tollen Ausblicken auf die Stadt und das Meer luden zum Sonnenbaden oder Lesen ein. Der beheizte Pool war das Hightlight für unseren Sohn. Der Service von Our Madeira war hervorragend und ich habe noch nie ein so sauberes Ferienhaus übergeben bekommen. Großes Kompliment dafür. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen!
