The Apartment is located in the hotel area of Ajuda and is within easy access of many facilities. There is an enormous selection of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies, and even a large shopping centre within easy walking distance.

The Forum Madeira Shopping centre with many shops and a large, branded supermarket is only 450 m away.The sea front promenade is only 30m from the apartment block and provides a traffic free broad-walk by the sea  to the Lido area in the East and to the village of Câmara de Lobos in the West.
