Located on the second floor, the apartment features a bright open-plan air-conditioned living and dining area that flows seamlessly onto a full-length front balcony with breathtaking sea views. Large picture windows fill the space with natural light, creating a relaxing and airy atmosphere.

The fully equipped modern kitchen allows you to prepare meals while enjoying the stunning ocean backdrop - perfect for relaxed breakfasts or sunset dinners.
A family bathroom complements the living/dining area.
A short corridor leads to the sleeping area. The Master bedroom with king size double bed (160X190), flat screen cable TV and en-suite shower room opens to a front balcony with beautiful views to Cabo Girão and Atlantic Ocean. At the end of the corridor, you can find the nicely furnished Twin bedroom with two single beds (90x190 CM). All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating.
There is outdoor seating on the veranda for those lovely warm days Câmara de Lobos is known for, or just to relax with a glass of wine whilst enjoying the Atlantic and swimming pool views.

The laundry, located in the veranda, has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The Apartment is perfectly located in the centre of Câmara de Lobos Village and surrounded by all facilities such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and the lovely sea and bay front within easy walking distance.
Opposite is the Sister's Snack Bar and only 500m away is the nearest café/bakery and burger bar. The town centre with its many restaurants and renowned "poncha" bars are only 1.3Km away. A branded supermarket is in Câmara de Lobos centre, 1.6Km away.
Atlantic Apartment is within walking access to the meandering quaint streets and all means of transport, such as taxis and buses that run frequently and will allow you to explore all the island.
A 7 Km seaside promenade starts in Câmara de Lobos and winds its way along the sea-front all the way to Funchal, providing a fantastic easy walk by the sea.
Funchal town centre is 9 Km away by road, and the airport is 26 Km away a quick only 45-minute drive time.

Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.

Guests need to vacate the apartment during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

Booking Notes

To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit, or the full amount if you are arriving within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

A security deposit of 150€ is required by credit card prior to check-in.

The payment of a Tourist Tax has been implemented across all of Madeira and Porto Santo by the local Municipalities. This applies to all visitors to Madeira aged 13 or over, and costs 2€ per person per day up to a maximum of 14€ per person. Your accommodation is legally responsible for collecting these amounts and paying them on your behalf to the applicable municipality. The Municipality Tourist Tax will be collected via credit card on the online check-in procedure.

Final details for check-in and driving instructions to the property will be sent 7 days prior to arrival and once you have paid your balance. It is your responsibility to contact and advise the number provided on the check-in details to advise any delays to the expected check-in time.
