Large floor to ceiling picture windows not only allow you to appreciate those views day and night, but open wide to create an indoor/outdoor area with the pool terrace and deck, the outdoor dining table next to the built-in barbecue, and the sun-beds and umbrellas around the pool deck.
The rectangular infinity-style swimming pool is very long and features a large shallow tanning/relaxing ledge and breath-taking views over the coast and sea.

A 5-minute drive will take you to either of the two surfing meccas
of Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar, at sea level and with trendy
café-bars (try the caipirinhas and mojitos).
Funchal is an easy 35-minute drive and the airport less than 50
minutes along the motorway.

The advertised prices are based on a 4-person occupancy and
supplements apply should anyone join you for any length of
time.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or
the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to
arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

to a credit card.

Check-in times - at the property - are between 16H00 and 19H00. For Sunday arrivals and out of hours check-in, alternative arrangements will be made and an additional cost will apply.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa luxueuse d'une propreté exemplaire. Elle est très bien située, et très confortable pour un séjour en famille à 8! Wanda a bien pris soin de nous, en nous donnant de bons conseils à notre arrivée, et en étant très réactive lorsque nous l'avons appelée pour un petit souci d'eau (arrivée en 10 minutes!). Nous recommandons la villa pour un séjour paisible et enchanteur, en recommandant d'apporter vos jumelles pour avoir plus de chance de voir des dauphins!

Wunderschönes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer. Sehr viel Platz um zu entspannen und Tonnen an Tageslicht. Die Ausstattung ist Top und es fehlt an nichts.
Great house, brand new. Everything works great and it's very well thought out. Vanda was very helpful. Good value for a big group (we were 8) looking for a place to relax. Rent a car if looking to get out daily to beaches or the city. Will definitely be going back.
