Pool heating is optional and costs 140,00€ per week for 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival.
A supplement of 30,00€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC
Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

A five-minute drive takes you to the beach and marina at Calheta and the Casa Mundas Art Centre with year-round exhibitions, two man-made golden sandy beaches for local safe swimming, a good selection of restaurants and bars and a well-stocked supermarket. Boat Charters for dolphin, whale watching and coastal cruising, as well as big-game fishing are available at the marina.

Cleaning
Cleaning and linen change is provided every 7 days.
For stays of more than 8 nights, and additional light clean and fresh linen is provided
All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.
A cot and highchair can be provided free on request. Due to Health & Safety reasons you need to provide your own linen for the cot.

Arco Da Calheta village centre is a 15 minute walk. This area is a perfect base for walking and sightseeing holidays.

There are many walks around Calheta and easy access to the plateau of Paul da Serra, with its many levada walks, makes this villa perfectly located for walking in Madeira and for enjoying a lovely holiday surrounded by the beautiful Madeira countryside.

Booking Notes
The rental value varies with the number of people occupying the property, so please ensure you enter the correct dates, number of adults, children and infants. Please note that supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.
To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit,  or the full amount if  you are arriving  within 8 weeks. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. 
Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent once you have paid your balance. You will be met at the villa on arrival and shown around.

A security deposit of 250€ is required, payable in cash on arrival.
