Beautiful modern villa, A/C, heated pool, sea-view | Calheta Charm

We liked: - the host was very responsive - the internet is fast and stable - the view is grate - everything is like in photos - is spotless clean - hot water at every time - close (10 min net car) to a nice beach - the neighborhood is silent at night We would come back for sure.

 

Great Villa, we loved our stay there!

Our stay at Villa Charm was fantastic. The house was very clean and super well equipped - you won't miss anything there. They also bought some basic food and wine on our arrival. Check in and out was also very easy and we were allowed to stay longer as our flight was only in the afternoon. Two of the bedrooms face the terrace, where we had sun all day starting from 9:30 (beginning of feb). It's a super nice place to relax, cook and just have a good time. The street is not very busy, you will hear some cars during the morning hours though. It didnt bother us, as we were getting up early anyways. We would definitely recommend this house. Also the area of Arco we Calheta has some restaurants and snack bars and is a good staring point for hiking. Thanks!

Wonderful clean, quiet, modern Villa with ocean view! Hotel, Restaurants and Grocery Store in 5 Minutes to reach I don't have to send pictures because it's like at the website! We loved it!

Amazing modern, very clean and spacious location for a mid-size group with a beautiful sea view and great furnishing. The Villa was AC is provided in each room, ice-machine in the fridge is included and you have an outside kitchen in the BBQ Area, which is a nice feature. Driving up the steep driveway may be a challenge, but can easily be mastered. The communication with the host was no problem. If there was any question, we recieved our answers quickly. All in one we'd book this location again with the next time visiting Madeira! You can reach the next supermarket within 5 minutes by driving to Calheta with a big choice of products. Also the whole island of Madeira provides a nice variety of hiking experience and beach chill-out, which should not be missed.

Starting from the booking time, all the queries and prompt answers from Norberta, I knew that I would be in good hands. So if you are looking for relaxation, quality time, happy places, and superb views, Calheta Charm is the place to be! Me and my family stayed at Calheta Charm, and were welcomed with the best and kindest smile! Norberta made everything so much easy and explained everything, no doubts were left, and she also provided us with some food items which was superb as we arrived a bit late and didn't know the area. The house was spot clean as that is one of my main focus when I go on holidays I was extremely happy! We found all provisions needed, towels, all the kitchen ware, so we didn't have to worry. A We spent most of the time outside by the pool and enjoying the views! The house is very spacious and comfortable, so we did many cinema sessions and made the most of the amazing place. We will definitely be back again!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Calheta Charm. Pro Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht Schöne Grillstelle hinterm Haus (Grillkohle etc. war vorhanden) Gute Ausstattung Blitzblank sauber Super Abwicklung Neutral Auto unbedingt notwendig (ist aber eigentlich immer so auf Madeira) Con Ich hatte teilweise ein schlechtes Gewissen, da die Villa doch etwas aus dem Stadtbild ragt.

My family and I spent our Christmas Holiday and New Year's Eve at Calheta Charm. We would definitely go there again and we can only recommend to stay there. The house is located in a quiet area on top of a hill with an open and beautiful view from the spacious pool area. We very much liked the fancy bathrooms, the big kitchen and the nice bedrooms. We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the entire property. Getting the key for the house was also an uncomplicated procedure. Everything was done as promised in advance. Friendly, nice and punctual. All persons who took care of this home have been very professional. The weather was quite good during our stay as well and thus we could do our hiking trips as we had planned. It is absolutely worth visiting this beautiful Island of Madeira. We do recommend, however, to hire a car. No matter if one visits the East, North or East part of the Island, it is beautiful everywhere. Again, we hope to be able visit there again.

We had the best time at his accommodation. Before this trip, we were already really excited, because of the house's prictures. But when we arrived it was even better. The view is definitly breath taking. It was so beautiful! But also inside of the house it was really cosy and nice. The house was super clean and the welcome was very nice and uncomlicated. The next supermarket is super close (if you have a car, which you will need here anyway) is long opened and has everything you need. The beds were really comfortable and the furniture was really tasteful and clean, as we like it. The only thing you could improve is to provide a little bit more dishes and maybe a secound umbrella. But since the house has a dishwasher this is more of a tip than a real request:) We had a lovely stay here and would recommend this to everyone, who is coming to Madeira!! Such a wonderful house!

We are an outdoorsy family and explored the island taking in stunning cliff tops and rocky beaches, lovely walks , gorgeous mountain scenery , mountain biking and paragliding. Had a fun day in Funchal, and a couple of lazy afternoon villa days. Felt like a film star in this high end contemporary property. Would definitely recommend it. You need a car

It was a very nice and modern apartment with a beautiful view! The hosts were very friendly and helpful before our arrival, and also at the location. :-) A warm welcome by the host. We very much appreciated the clean home. Great comfort in the living room, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. It is a good location, quiet, and you can easily get to all the places you want to see. A rental car is recommended, however. We would like to visit again!!! Thank you all for making our stay a good one.

Beautiful, spacious villa. Immaculate, stylish interior with lovely views from the floor to ceiling windows. Sleek, well-equipped kitchen and modern bathrooms. Exceptionally comfortable beds with good pillows and deep mattresses. The exterior terrace has a good barbecue area and loungers by the small pool. There is an extra charge for heating the small pool (even with heating, the water temperature was rather invigorating!). The access to the villa is rather steep as are many of the roads in Madeira. Overall. we loved our week here - a wonderful place to stay.
