Geweldig huis op pracht locatie met fantastisch uitzicht! Prima uitvalsbasis om Madeira hijes te ontdekken, huis is meer dan volledig ingericht!
Heel fijn huis, met verschillende ruimtes, ideaal voor gezin met meerdere kinderen. heerlijke buitenruimte. Geweldig uitzicht over zee. keuken en keukengerei was erg goed. bedden waren een beetje hard. zwembad was heerlijk. Lieve host, die nog wat leuke tips gaf.
We had a great time here! It's in a great location, with amazing views and private yard with a pool and a grill area, which we really enjoyed. The house is spacious and comfortable, beautifully decorated too. Some things could already be renewed, like some pans and microwaves. We had an issue with a couple of doors not possible to be closed - it was fixed on the same day when we reported it. One thing that's not so nice is that the window protection is worn out so you cannot see the beautiful view properly from the inside when you have the doors closed. Regardless, it was a really enjoyable stay!
dejligt hus i meget smukke omgivelser! vi nød det virkelig! fantastisk swimmingpool med vild udsigt! Husk dog ørepropperne da der er 2 haner der galer om kap fra kl 3 om natten og ca en gang per time hele dagen til solen går ned igen. Desuden er indkørsel smal, så en mindre bil er ideel.
Beautiful place. The rooster is really annoying, bring ear plugs if you sleep lightly. otherwise nothing to complain.

This is a fantastic property in a peaceful, spectacular and extremely convenient location. The property itself really feels like a home from home. From the moment you arrive you feel comfortable and wowed by the property and its fantastic views! Everything we needed we could find in the Villa. A fantastic dining and outdoor grilling area, a well stocked kitchen had everything you will need. Bedrooms were all well equipped with private ensuites, kitchen areas and amenities. The heated pool with a fantastic view was a highlight. Large in size, perfect for our group of 5 which overlooked the Atlantic Ocean! A 10-15 minute walk down to the marina offered really good restaurants, bars, a supermarket and pharmacy. Taxis are also based at the marina which is great as the hill back up is steep, but doable! The villa is located in a perfect location for getting around and enjoying the island but is perfect for a chilled holiday. Thankyou for a great stay We will be back!!
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Auszeit! Super ruhig und privat. Fehlende Klima im Wohnbereich kann im Sommer unangenehm werden. Hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in den Räumen. Haus war aber wunderschön und der tolle Ausblick machte und jeden Tag besonders viel Freude am Pool.
Une très belle maison avec une superbe piscine, l'endroit est très calme tout en étant proche de Calheta,la vue est juste magnifique,en résumé un superbe séjour.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Es war alles wie beschrieben und die Aussicht war super! Da es unser erstes Mal auf Madeira war, haben wir uns sehr über die Tipps von Vanda gefreut. Von der Wohnung aus ist alles gut zu erreichen und die mitgelieferte Wegbeschreibung war auch sehr hilfreich. Es waren 2 sehr schöne Wochen und wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Le séjour que nous avons passé était trés agréable, le logement correspondait à toute les photos. La marina à coté du logement comporte de nombreux restaurants et commodités pour les courses. L'hote est réactive et nous a laissée des instructions simples quant au fonctionnement du logement. Quelques insectes sont présents parfois dans le logements mais rien d'insurmontable car cela corresponds à l'île. Je recommande vivement,
Endroit paisible, petit cocoon sans vis-à-vis, idéal pour une famille, 1 chambre principale et 2 petits studios. La piscine et la vue sur l'océan sont à couper le souffle. On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux, quel bonheur de rentrer là après avoir visité l'île en journée. Un petit paradis. Seul petit bémol : si vous êtes sensibles au bruit la nuit, un chien voisin aboie assez régulièrement le soir et la nuit. Pensez aux boules quies ça enlève le problème. Pour le reste, endroit super calme et paisible !
Sehr schön gelegenes grosses Haus mit tollem, beheizbarem Pool (ab Oktober zu empfehlen). Wir als Familie mit 3 Kindern waren alle gerne dort.

Prachtige plek om te verblijven, huis was mooi schoon en de communicatie was duidelijk en correct.
Great trip with our 2 boys 6 & 10. Late April so we paid the extra for the pool heating which I think was worthwhile. Morning weather was often cloudier/cooler with the afternoons offering some good sunshine and pool time. The cockerel next door is loud and early, take ear plugs if a light sleeper, we found ourselves up very early, but meant we had good long days. (Didn't wake the kids up as they didn't hear so much from their room) Madeira is a superb island, did lots of exploring, walks etc.
We have visited in April as 7 friends. Privacy was very good due to location between banana fields. The villa was in reality much nicer then expected. We did not request additional pool heating and the pool was still warm enough in this time of the year. Very lovely place!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property because of its super sheltered and sunny location for our February stay.The property has great ancillary capacity for children or shared groups (which we did not need) whilst the master suite was heavenly opening onto the pool. The only draw back was that having had an unusually wild and wet few weeks, sitting indoors is very dark with heavily tinted windows but this would clearly not be any concern in normal sunny times when every window could be drawn open to the full. We had windows open at every opportunity and in Feb had no problem with flies or bugs listed elsewhere ( so we never got to use the electric fly swat we purchased up the road!!) Really peaceful and loved the morning wake up from cockerels next-door..ive even recorded them.
A fantastic place with amazing views, surrounded by banana palms and mangoes- the photos do not do it justice. We had a great week. Well equipped and really comfortable. A good supermarket a short drive (or longish walk) away for BBQ supplies, and restaurants too. Would definitely book again. Worth knowing in case it bothers you: if booking for 6 the apartment has a separate outside entrance upstairs; there is no loo in the master bedroom en-suite.
Nice view and pool. Clean and quiet (unfortunately except for cocks from the neighbourhood). Great location - not in town but 900m to Calheta with restaurants and shops. You can easily fit 3 couples without problem and separate kitchenette/kitchen for everyone.
We loved our stay in Grayci's house. It's a fantastic place: very clean, large, well-equipped and with a marvellous view! We were sad to leave, but hope to be back one day. :-) We totally recommend this place! Ibrahim, Reema, Renee and little Natalie (2)
We loved our time at Gracyi's House. The villa was ideal for our family of 5, with 3 young children. The location and view is breathtakingly beautiful. We particularly liked the privacy and had a hard time keeping the kids out of the pool again which was very private. The villa itself is modern, clean, well laid out and fully equipped. Like most places in Madeira we would recommend hiring a car. The only slight negative would be the temperature of the pool. We paid extra for it to be heated to 24 degrees which was temperamental at times. Saying that it didn't take away from our enjoyment or use. We would definitely recommend staying at Grayci's house & would book again with out hesitation.

Wir waren zu viert vom 25.12.18 bis zum 08.01.19 in Graycis House und total begeistert! Allen voran natürlich der beheizte Pool mit dem sagenhaften Blick auf's Meer. Aber auch der Wohnraum, der Essbereich, die Küche und die Schlafräume waren top ausgestattet und haben unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, dann dass es leider nur einen Fön vor Ort gibt. Ein zweiter wäre von Vorteil. Das Haus ist großartig, die Investition in einen geheizten Pool im Oktober hat sich gelohnt und wir haben den grandiosen Ausblick aufs Meer mitten in den Bananenpflanzen sehr genossen! Wir werden wiederkommen!
We had a wonderful stay at Graycis house at the beginning of July 2018. The villa is fab, so clean, comfortable and well equipped with lovely views, and the pool is great. Every day we walked down to the marina with a great selection of bars and restaurants and a supermarket for all your shopping needs. A very relaxing break . Little details like the welcome basket and the efficient service from Ourmadeira made it a holiday to remember!
Perfect house for our family (2 small children) in beautiful part of Madeira. The place is very special, surrounded by banana trees and 30 metres ahead is a cliff. Only backside is covered by other neigbours houses. We had a great time, more then we ever expected. Pool, view just from a bed and many other things make this place unique. I strongly recommend this property and hope to come back soon.
