It is rare to have villas in Madeira with so many desirable attributes, that combine to make it the perfect choice for a great holiday.

Set on one level, and therefore perfect for those with restricted mobility, this modern and very comfortably furnished air-conditioned villa wraps around the south facing solarium and heated pool (optional). Here you will find sun-beds, outdoor dining table and portable barbecue and seating area that all benefit from sea-view.

The air-conditioned open plan living area with lounge, dining and fully equipped kitchen overlooks the solarium and swimming pool and leads to the rear games room with table football. A corridor leads to three bedrooms (the Master bedroom, bedroom 2 and bedroom. 3, as described below); on the other side of the living area is the 4th bedroom.

The side lawn provides a great place to enjoy some quiet moments whilst appreciating those beautiful views. Being in Calheta, the location combines a sunny area with Madeira countryside, yet is within walking distance of facilities, and only a short drive of under 5 minutes to Calheta beach and resort.

Swimming pool heating:
Heating is optional and costs 150,00€ per week for 24ºC, paid in cash on arrival.
A supplement of 50,00€ per week applies for each additional degree up to a maximum of 26ºC
Pool heating can be provided and should be requested at least one week in advance. Should it be requested after arrival at the villa, the minimum charge applicable is one week, which is payable from the time the heating is turned on.

Canavial provides the best of all worlds of Villas in Madeira: a modern contemporary villa with sea-views within walking distance of facilities. The nearest supermarket, café and snack-bar are only 400m away and there a further café and utility store 850m away.
It is 3.7 Km (less than a 5-minute drive) to the resort town of Calheta, with its man-made golden sandy beach. Here you will, find a selection of cafés, restaurants, a larger supermarket, the marina (boat trips can be arranged), banks and a chemist.
A 5-minute drive will take you to either of the two surfing meccas of Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar, at sea level and with trendy café-bars (try the caipirinhas and mojitos).
Funchal is an easy 40-minute drive and the airport less than 50 minutes along the motorway.

A security deposit of 300€ is required in cash upon arrival.
