Customer Relations, Welcome
Providing 24 hour emergency contact for customers and intervention in property issues, welcoming guests and checking them in and out, opening and closing the property.
Supervision and Management
Supervision of and coordination of all third party services (maintenance, pool cleaning, gardening, lift and alarm maintenance) identifying and dealing with maintenance issues.
Provision of cleaning and laundry services.
Monthly statements, reports on market enviornment and trends, paying bills on behalf of the owners, scanning and sending correspondence, asset managernent.
Preparing the Rental
Assistance in preapring the property for holiday rentals, including licensing, purchasing and delivery of furniture, soft furnishings and equipment, installation of safety equipoment, writing and printing information books and welcome letters.

- Each reservation is sent to you as it is confirmed, and links are provided that allow you to know the occupancy position at any time;
- Maintenance issues are reported and, where required, approval
is requested for correction or replacemet;
Being based in Madeira, we have a full network of contacts that cover all aspects of outsourced services, and are able to provide you the right contacts for any specific requirement.
- Outsourced services (maintenance of garden, swimming pool, alarms, lifts and others) are supervised to ensure they are carrying out their work in a regular and competent manner;
- Owner financial reports are issued monthly detauiling all income and costs;
- Utillity meters are read regularly; bills are scanned and sent, and paid on behalf of the owner, if required;
