<p>If you have a car and are driving to your villa or apartment,
please follow these instructions. Using GPS will take you via old
and less easy roads and unusual locations:</p>
<ul>
<li>Leaving the airport take the motorway (Via Rápida) West in the
direction of Funchal and after this to Ribeira Brava.&nbsp;Travel
for 34. Km.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>When you reach the end of the motorway (approximately 35
minutes) keep on the right hand lane and follow the signs to
Ribeira Brava - Ponta do Sol.<br />

<li>The slip road will lead you to a roundabout. Take the first
exit to Ribeira Brava and drive towards the sea for 1,4Km. You will
reach another roundabout. Take the 1st&nbsp;exit into the tunnel
and you will now carry on for 3,9Km until you reach the roundabout
of Ponta do Sol.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>At the end of the tunnel you will reach another roundabout;
take the 2nd&nbsp;exit , signposted Ponta do Sol and drive through
another tunnel. At the end, carry on along the coastal road and you
will enter another tunnel.&nbsp;At the end, carry on along the

<ul>
<li>At the end of this tunnel you will come to the roundabout of
Ponta do Sol; on the left you will find a petrol station and mini
market. Take the 2nd exit into the next tunnel and drive for
2,8Km.<br />
</li>
<li>At the end of the tunnel, at the roundabout, turn sharp right
into the next tunnel (signposted Calheta).<br />
</li>
<li>At the roundabout (1,6Km), take the first turn-off, signposted
to Calheta, drive through the next tunnel for 1,8Km.</li>

<ul>
<li>Reaching the next roundabout, take the second exit following
signs to Calheta and through another tunnel until you reach the
Calheta roundabout (2,5Km).<br />

<li>Go straight across (2<sup>nd</sup>&nbsp;exit), signposted
Prazeres (don't turn left into Calheta) and enter a further tunnel,
driving for 2,3Km.<br />

<li>Reaching the next roundabout, take the
3<sup>rd</sup>&nbsp;exit, signposted Paul do Mar/Farmácia/Parque
Empresarial da Calheta.<br />

<li>Continue for 180m, passing the Chemist on your right. When you
reach the Merchan supermarket (on your right), turn left into Rua
das Furnas.<br />

<li>Continue for 800m, passing the Nalvalnica Snack-bar (on your
right), and further on, the Café 99 (on your left).&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>On reaching the Pukiki Bar (on your left), turn right into
Caminho Fundo that descends in the direction of the sea. Continue
descending for 350m, until you come to a private turn-off on your
left.<br />

<li>Turn left into this driveway and the grey gate on the left is
