<p>If you have a car and are driving to your villa or apartment,
please follow these instructions. Using GPS will take you via old
and less easy roads and unusual locations:</p>
<ul>

<p>Leaving the airport, take the dual carriageway in the direction
of Funchal (road known as the Via Rápida).</p>

<li>Take exit number 10, marked "Funchal/Curral das Freitas/Santo
António".<br />

<ul>
<li>After leaving the motorway, turn right onto Av. da Madalena and
drive until you reach a roundabout.<br />
</li>
<li>At the roundabout, take the first exit towards Caminho dos
Alámos, signposted 'Mercado da Penteada'/TECNOPOLO, and drive for
about 350m.<br />
</li>
<li>On your left, you'll find the Solar dos Álamos building, park,
and your host will be waiting for you.</li>
