Clifftop 6001 - Check-in and Driving Instructions

Please print these driving instructions and have them with you when you arrive in Madeira.

If you have a car and are driving to your villa or apartment, please follow these instructions. Using GPS will take you via old and less easy roads and unusual locations:

  • Leaving the airport, take the dual carriageway in the direction of Funchal (road known as the Via Rápida).
  • Leave the Via Rápida at exit number 8 to S. Martinho / Pi. dos Barcelos / Estrada Monumental. As soon as you reach the junction, take your left towards Estrada Monumental / S. Martinho.

  • After exiting the dual carriageway, take the 2nd exit signposted Hospital Particular da Madeira / Zona Balnear, stay in the right-hand lane until you reach the next roundabout.

  • At the roundabout, take the first exit signposted Est. Monumental, until you reach another roundabout, take the second here, signposted Est. Monumental.
  • At this roundabout, take the second exit signposted Câmara de Lobos / Funchal / Zona Balnear.

  • Finally, at this roundabout, take the second exit towards Estrada Monumental and drive for 1km further on, you'll find the entrance to the Quinta da Falésia condominium on your right-hand side. We will be waiting just outside to welcome you.
