BelAir - Check-in and Driving Instructions

Please print these driving instructions and have them with you when you arrive in Madeira.

If you have a car and are driving to your villa or apartment, please follow these instructions. Using GPS will take you via old and less easy roads and unusual locations:

  • Leaving the airport take the dual carriageway in the direction of Funchal (road known as the Via Rápida).

  • Leave the Via Rápida at exit number 9 to Camo do Pilar/P. de Barcelos

Belair 1

  • Turn right up the hill, and when you reach the roundabout, take the first exit. This road is called Estrada Comandante Camacho de Freitas.

  • Take the second turning on your right into Rua Encosta Pico dos Barcelos.

Belair 2

  • Take the first on the left and go all the way up the steep road. BelAir is on top on the left.
