Description

Located right on the main restaurant street of Funchal old Town above a shop that sells rubber ducks, and perfectly located to be within easy walking to all facilities of the town centre, this spacious one-bedroom apartment is furnished to a high standard in a contemporary décor. Featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining table and a sitting area with a sofa bed (1,40m wide for the third person) the spacious open plan living area leads to the separate bedroom and shower room. The bedroom with double bed (1,40 wide) and built in wardrobes opens to the bijou traditional balcony overlooking the rear patio with a table and two chairs. Cafés, restaurants, attractions, monuments, museums, and other facilities, as well as the market, cable car, marina, sea-front promenade, public gardens, and shopping centres are all within easy walking distance. This apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via a set of stairs. Free parking in a nearby public car park is available to guests.

The apartment is prepared for your arrival and bed linen and bath towels are provided.
Additional cleaning and linen change are provided every 7 days.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.

Booking Notes
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 3 adults.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of 150€ is required, payable by credit card before arrival.
The minimum stay is 03 nights.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent 7 days before your arrival.
The entrance code will be sent 3 days before your arrival.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.
